We are less than 2 minutes from the A1(M). Take the A690 turn-off from the A1 (junction 62) heading towards Durham. 
Half a mile later turn left on the slip-road signposted 'Dragonville' and 'Belmont'. At the top of the slip road turn left and then left again into Belmont Industrial Estate.

Carry on to the end of this road and Durham Render Centre is on your left.
